NOT A PITCAIRN INSTITUTE OF VETERINARY HOMEOPATHY (PIVH) GRADUATE? If you are a serious student of homeopathy you are welcome to attend the conference, however, it is not an introductory meeting and a knowledge of homeopathy is necessary and assumed. Application for attendance of the meeting will be considered on an individual basis. If you are interested then fill out the form below.

2026 PIVH Annual Meeting in Advanced Veterinary Homeopathy Meeting Times are approximately as follows: (all lectures are delivered live, recordings available to purchase after the meeting)

Wednesday February 18th: 09:00 - 17:30.
Thursday February 19th through Saturday February 21st: 08:30 - 18:00.
Sunday February 22nd: 08:30 - 12:30.
Every Lecture day includes morning and afternoon break times.
Lunch breaks on Thursday through Saturday are 3 hours long, providing time for relaxation, hiking, swimming, and catching up with friends!
On Sunday, you have the option of staying for lunch with the group before departing on your journey home.
If you would like to arrive at the ranch before the conference (Monday night or earlier) or stay after the conference (Sunday night and after), you are more than welcome to do so! There are always a few folks who arrive before and stay after the meeting to soak up the relaxing atmosphere. Nights outside of the Tuesday February 17 to Saturday February 21st, need to be booked directly with the ranch.
Our conference books out the ranch in its entirety from Tuesday February 17th afternoon through Sunday February 22nd midday; hence the lodging on these days is booked directly through the PIVH.

Option 2: Pay the tuition for 4 day Conference + Optional Day of $825. Payment is due upon registration.

LODGING PAYMENT OPTIONS:

We will make final room assignments in January and bill you then, plus any additional meals, etc. Please note - lodging fees are ALL INCLUSIVE (room+meals)!

PREFERENCES? Any strong lodging preferences or desired roommates in Comments field below. We will try to comply, first come first served, but space is limited to about 40 guests, mostly as doubles and triples.
PREFER SINGLE? First come, first served. If the single rooms are taken, we will put you on a wait list and let you know if there is a cancellation. If not, we will ask you to choose double, triple or staying off-site. If there is availability as the meeting nears, we may be able to offer more singles (in order of signup).
DOUBLES & TRIPLES: We will help match you with an appropriate roommate and run it by you. If you have pre-arranged to room with a friend, or have someone in mind, indicate their name in the Comments Box.
DAILY RATES INCLUDE: Room, lunch and dinner prior to each night, breakfast the next morning. Check out of room by 11 a.m. after last night's stay.
STAYING OFF-SITE: It is also an option to stay off-site and attend the meeting. Once the ranch lodging is filled (about 40 person capacity), this will be the remaining choice. The closest towns are Fountain Hills (8-10 miles from the ranch) and also Mesa, about the same distance. If you choose to stay off-site, then the ranch charges a “Day Use” fee for your use of the facility, which includes lunch.
Please note that all lodging and meal fees are set by Saguaro Lake Ranch, and include all state taxes and have a built-in gratuity of 18% that is shared equally between all the staff.

PIVH Annual Meeting Terms and Conditions

In registering for our program, the attendee accepts and agrees to comply with the following:

The deadline to receive a full refund of tuition less registration fee of $75 (and any credit card transaction fees or wire transfer fees if applied) is 15 days before the start of the meeting (by Feb.3rd, 2026). Refunds will be paid by check. If a cancellation is made less than 15 days before the start of the meeting for tuition, the fees are non-refundable.
The deadline to receive a full refund of lodging fees (less any credit card transaction fees or wire transfer fees if applied) is 30 days before the start of the meeting due to the Saguaro Lake Ranch’s exclusive use agreement (by Jan.20th, 2026). Refunds will be paid by check. If a cancellation is made less than 30 days before the start of the meeting for lodging, the fees are non-refundable; the exception being that if we are able to fill your reserved lodging, then you will receive a full refund (less any credit card transaction fees or wire transfer fees if applied).
There is a limited/maximum number of guests who can stay at Saguaro Lake Ranch. Early registration is recommended to reserve your cabin on site, especially if you have a specific choice of cabin. Every attempt will be made to fulfil your lodging requests, but depending on when you register this may be subject to availability.
There is a minimum enrolment of attendees required for running the conference. If this number is not reached, the PIVH reserves the right to delay the meeting and notify the attendees accordingly.
It shall be noted that all PIVH conference materials, including the conference proceedings and handouts, slide presentations, lectures recordings are intellectual property and copyrighted material the PIVH. The attendees acknowledge that it is illegal and a violation of this agreement to copy and distribute any PIVH conference materials without written permission from the PIVH, and that the PIVH shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and damages for any breach of this agreement by the attendee. The PIVH also highlights that the recording and rebroadcast of audio or video of our conferences and educational events is strictly prohibited; this applies to online and in-person events.
Attendees shall be aware that the PIVH uses secure means to collect and store personal data. Attendees agree to personal data being collected and used by the PIVH to contact the student (by phone, text, email, or postal mail) regarding any educational, promotional, or financial matters relating to the PIVH programs; and may need to be disclosed to assist any legal or debt recovery processes.
Attendees are expected to adhere to respectful and professional conduct towards their fellow attendees, lectures, conference committee, and employees of the conference venue. The PIVH reserves the right to exclude or expel an attendee from attending any course or event due to disorderly conduct, or failure to adhere to the PIVH’s course rules of participation.
The PIVH makes every attempt to offer the programs as announced. However, the PIVH reserves the right to adjust program dates, times, tuition, lectures, and virtual platform/location to accommodate unanticipated occurrences. The PIVH is not responsible for any direct or indirect cost or expenses (including but not exclude to airfare and lodging for in-person courses, or other related expenses) incurred by registrants due to program adjustments or cancellations.
The PIVH is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or mis-use of the training materials or other information conveyed in a PIVH course.
