Please Note: The PIVH is an educational program designed for veterinarians and veterinary students. The course requirements are that you are either a graduate of veterinary school or currently enrolled in veterinary school. If you are not a veterinarian but are working in veterinary practice as a technician or have other medical training, there are a few positions in every class to be trained as a veterinary homeopathic assistant. We will contact you regarding the additional requirements of your position if this is the case.

Options for tuition payment for new students are as follows: payment in full, in two payment installments, or in four payment installments as outlined below. Your tuition fees include a non-refundable, registration fee of $350 to hold your place in the course.

There is a maximum number of places on the course in order to provide a high student-faculty contact ratio. To ensure your place, we recommend that you register early and your place will be confirmed once payment is received.

Scholarships are available to veterinary students and new graduates, please note in comment box if you would like more information.

Prior graduates of the course wishing to retake Module 1 will receive a 50% discount on tuition.

PAYMENT OPTIONS:

Option 1: New Students paying tuition in full.
Option 1: Pay the tuition in full of $1,975. Payment is due upon registration.

Option 2 - New Students paying tuition in two installments.
Option 2: Pay the tuition in two separate payments of $1,037.50. The first installment is due upon registration and the second installment is due December 1, 2025.

Option 3 - Prior Graduates retaking Module 1.
Option 3: Pay the tuition in full $987.50. Payment is due upon registration.

PIVH Professional Master Course Terms and Conditions

In registering for our program, the student accepts and agrees to comply with the following:

The deadline to receive a full refund less registration fee of $350 (and any credit card transaction fees or wire transfer fees if applied) is 60 days before the start of the first module. If a student wishes to transfer to the next course, the registration fee will be carried forward and applied toward the following course’s tuition. Refunds will be paid by check.
If a cancellation is made less than 60 days before the start of the first module, then the tuition payment will be applied towards the tuition for the next course, and the student will be responsible for any price differences in tuition for the following course year.
If a cancellation is made after the start of the first module, then the tuition is non-refundable for the modules up to the point of cancellation. Any remaining tuition for modules after the point of cancellation will be applied towards the tuition for the next course, and the student will be responsible for any price differences in tuition for the following course year.
If a tuition payment is submitted after the required deadline for the selected payment option, then a late fee will apply. If a tuition payment is not received, then the student will not be permitted to attend class.
There is a maximum number of students per class; upon reaching this number registration will be closed. Immediate notification of cancellation or transferring to the next class is greatly appreciated to allow students on the waiting list to arrange their schedule to attend.
Conversely, there is a minimum enrolment of students required for running the course. If this number is not reached, the PIVH reserves the right to delay the start of the course and notify the students accordingly.
It shall be noted that all PIVH class materials, including the course workbook, class handouts, homework, exams, faculty slide presentations, on-line lectures and videos, are intellectual property and copyrighted material the PIVH. The student acknowledges that it is illegal and a violation of this agreement to copy and distribute any PIVH class materials without written permission from the PIVH, and that the PIVH shall be entitled to seek injunctive relief and damages for any breach of this agreement by the student. The PIVH also highlights that the recording and rebroadcast of audio or video of our classes and educational events is strictly prohibited; this applies to online and in-person events.
Students shall be aware that the PIVH uses secure means to collect and store personal data. Students agree to personal data being collected and used by the PIVH to contact the student (by phone, text, email, or postal mail) regarding any educational, promotional, or financial matters relating to the PIVH programs; and may need to be disclosed to assist any legal or debt recovery processes.
Students are expected to adhere to respectful and professional conduct towards their fellow students, faculty, and employees of the virtual platform or course venue. The PIVH reserves the right to exclude or expel a student from attending any course or event due to disorderly conduct, or failure to adhere to the PIVH’s course rules of participation.
The PIVH makes every attempt to offer the programs as announced. However, the PIVH reserves the right to adjust program dates, times, tuition, faculty, and virtual platform/location to accommodate unanticipated occurrences. The PIVH is not responsible for any direct or indirect cost or expenses (including but not exclude to airfare and lodging for in-person courses, or other related expenses) incurred by registrants due to program adjustments or cancellations.
The PIVH is not liable for any damages resulting from the use or mis-use of the training materials or other information conveyed in a PIVH course.
