Hotel Rooms & Discounted Rates
Reservations for the course must be made by each individual guest. The hotel reservation number to call is 503-224-3293 or 800-548-3934. Please mention that you are attending the PIVH Professional Course to receive the group discount rate.
Not all the standard King and Queen Rooms have a kitchenette. When reserving a room in the Mark Spencer Hotel you MUST specify if you want a King/Queen room with a kitchenette. All rooms in the Washington Plaza are fitted with a kitchenette, as are the Junior Queen Suites and Junior Double Queen Suites.
The Washington Plaza rooms are adjacent to the hotel in the same block (not shown in the above photos) and are designed for long-stay guests, and the room prices are discounted accordingly to reflect this.
Reservation Guarantee
The rooms must be booked at least one calendar month prior to arrival, after which the rooms will be made available for general sale and subject to availability. Cut-off dates will be posted when the 2021-2022 course dates are live:
- Session 1: Summer 2021
- Session 2: Fall 2021
- Session 3: Winter 2022
- Session 4: Spring 2022
- Session 5: Summer 2022
Taxes
The hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (15.3% at September 2019) in effect at the time of checkout.
